1. Booking Confirmation

A tour booking is considered confirmed only after the agreed booking advance has been received and written confirmation has been issued by Coorg Holidays. The remaining balance amount is payable as per the terms specified in your confirmed quotation.

2. Package Pricing & Quotations

Package rates vary based on travel dates, seasonality, passenger count, vehicle selection, and hotel room availability. The final written quotation shared before payment constitutes the agreed price.

3. Accommodation Policies

Hotel check-in and check-out times are governed by the respective properties' standard policies (typically 12:00 PM check-in and 11:00 AM checkout). Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may involve additional property fees.

4. Sightseeing & Local Regulations

Sightseeing is subject to attraction operating hours, weather conditions, local administrative regulations, and road conditions. While our drivers follow the confirmed itinerary diligently, adjustments may be necessary in case of unforeseen circumstances.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation and refund terms depend on the specific hotel policies, vehicle reservations, and season of travel. Applicable cancellation conditions will be clearly shared in your booking quotation before advance payment.

6. Traveller Identification & Responsibility

All travellers must carry valid government-issued photo identification (Aadhaar, Passport, Driving License, or Voter ID) for hotel check-ins and forest check-posts.
